This week's Featured Stamper over at Splitcoast Stampers is Vicky Gould! I think she has the largest gallery I've ever seen! Chock full of beautiful cards! I CASED this card because I really loved the layout and her embelishments. Great idea! I made another wedding card for another nephew who is getting married this spring. I used some crystal effects on the glasses and some red stickles for the splashes.
