Looking through some of my House Mouse images and came across this 'Twinkling Toes' image I received in a swap awhile back. I just thought that it make a perfect birthday card for our grandaughter, Hailie. I embossed some pink polka dot DP and colored the mouse image with prisma pencils and mineral spirits....the gamsol technique.
